Henry Cisneros, former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and one of the nation’s top Hispanic leaders in recent decades, discusses his service as the first Hispanic Mayor of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and his tenure at HUD as well as the challenges the United States faces in a number of areas beyond housing. One of the major topics is the state of politics and how he has seen it evolve during his most active years politically and afterward.
