Hava Gordon, Associate Professor, Chair & Academic Advisor of Department of Sociology and Criminology at the University of Denver, shares solutions to creating permanent positive cultural change in the wake of the #MeToo movement.

Swanee Hunt is the former United States Ambassador to Austria, the Eleanor Roosevelt Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, the President of Hunt Alternatives, and the author of “Rwandan Women Rising.” Ambassador Hunt shares her own #metoo stories about being sexually harassed by influential men and expresses her concern for women who don’t have the recourse she has who find themselves in similar situations. She stresses the importance of teaching leadership to young women and explains how & why women are and can be great leaders. As women are rising up around the world, Hunt explains how she is encouraging and training them via various programs as well as by trying to be an example for others herself.
